Ms. Costin has a proven track record directing and managing outreach strategies including community, media and government relations to mobilize support for corporate issue campaigns, electoral campaigns and real estate development initiatives.

Prior to joining CPG, Ms. Costin was a senior manager at Davies Public Affairs where she directed grassroots community outreach strategies for real estate development projects in San Mateo, Merced, Riverside, Ventura, Stanislaus, Placer, and Colusa counties.

Ms. Costin began her career in public affairs as a political operative for elected officials in New York including Governor Mario Cuomo. She was the northeast political director for the 1996 reelection campaign of President William Clinton and managed the campaign for twelve states and the District of Columbia. After the successful reelection, Ms. Costin served as legislative analyst for Senator Robert Torricelli (D-NJ) and later as a political appointee at the Department of Health and Human Services.

Ms. Costin also has worked for Edelman Public Relations and Chandler Chicco Agency where she directed communications strategies for some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies including Pfizer, Genentech, and Amgen.

Ms. Costin’s expertise in land use planning and healthcare strategies combined with her unique ability to bridge the gap between diverse philosophies, behaviors, and agendas is respected among Fortune 500 companies and business interests across the nation.

Ms. Costin received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
