Consensus Planning Group in April 2006 bringing with him a decade
of public affairs and strategic communications experience from a
career built in journalism, politics, public policy and public relations.

specializes in using the media to manage clients’ reputation.
Mr.

Amgen, Los Angeles World Airports, John Laing Homes, and Republic
Services’ Chiquita Canyon Landfill.
Mr.

city and county government. He then worked for the Daily News of
Los Angeles as a reporter and editorial writer.
After
six years of covering government issues as a member of the media,
Mr. Moses joined the office of Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan
